What we do

The horses have two pastures where they freely roam. Whenever they like, they have access to an open stall-barn. We have floored the stalls with rubber-maps and we do not use any shavings.

We feed our horses exclusively on grass from the pastures and on hay that we buy locally.

Manure is collected daily and processed in large closed-lid compost containers.

We keep compost that is prepared, packaged, and ready for a sale, stored in a climate-controlled area.

We maintain a consistent quality management system that incorporates, e.g.:

tracking of the hay bales we buy;
monitoring of processed bags to keep compost quality as high as possible;
regular lab-testing to ensure that our compost is free from herbicide residues and unwanted bacteria.
